Forbes joined the company secretarial department of KPMG in May
2006 having completed his masters' degree in corporate governance
and law. He became a chartered company secretary in May 2009 and
was heavily involved in the transfer of the company secretarial
team following the buy-out by Tricor Aldbridge LLP in September
2009.
Forbes has extensive company secretarial and corporate governance
experience stemming from his time spent working within the banking
and investment sectors as well as the management of his diverse
client portfolio. He has provided outsourced Board support services
in the charitable sector and has experience of delivering corporate
services into fully listed and AIM listed companies. |
