Jerry was the Director of KPMG's UK
Company Secretarial division when it was acquired by Tricor Europe
in 2009. Jerry has extensive experience in the field of company
secretarial work and has dealt with some complex projects involving
reorganising international groups of companies across numerous
jurisdictions as well as the raft of compliance work necessary
under the UK Companies Act.
Jerry is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators (ICSA) and is the author of Tolley's Company
Secretary's Handbook which is now in its twentieth edition.
