Steve has twenty three years
experience in the company secretarial field, having spent over
twenty years with KPMG; ten of which he acted as a senior
manager.
Steve has worked with numerous global organisations and has led a
number of outsourcing assignments. He has extensive experience in
leading capital restructuring projects and has serviced the boards
of several client companies, particularly those within a regulated
environment. Steve continues to support the board of directors of a
reinsurance company, where he maintains a close working
relationship with the Chief Executive and Chairman.
Steve qualified in 1991 and is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He sits on the
Committee of the Chartered Secretaries' Professional Practise Group
(CSPPG) and is a regular contributor to Tolley's Company
Secretary's Handbook, which is now in its twentieth edition. |
